The main reason for this project is the reduction of social exclusion. To do so,  new methods and strategies of teaching will be put into practice by using cooperation and inclusion both in schools and during free-time activities.
The project involves five schools originating from five different countries Poland, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey and addresses pupils aged 10-13. The coordinator of the project is the Polish team led by their school Headmistress, Mrs Katarzyna Zawadka.
This project focuses on the specific needs of the students as observed from the previous analysis of needs which was carried out by all partner schools. Within the project team, 4 main issues were identified and considered to be a source of school setback:
1 – The absence of social inclusion;
2 - The absence of basic skills;
3 - The absence of parental support;
4 - The absence of socio-economic conditions.

Each school has its own examples of good practices in school curriculum, examples which differ from one country to another.  These examples will be observed, discussed upon by the teachers and shared after evaluation.
The main topic of the project is represented by the four obstacles mentioned above. During the two years, the team of the project will meet, will talk about the problems of  students, will put into practice free-time activities, but it will also implement new strategies within this project. The goal of the project is to get real results and to find solutions for the problems  students face today, problems  mentioned above, in order to improve their behavior which is our constant concern as educators. The project objectives will be linked to the target students and thus, the five strategies below will be analyzed:

PL -Cooperative Learning
IT-Peer Tutoring
BG-Project Based Learning
RO-Team Teaching
TR –Personalization
The project aims at the following objectives:
- to integrate in public education the students who face exclusion, who lack basic skills or those who
have special needs and to promote their inclusion in society.
- to implement new strategies meant to surmount social exclusion, the absence of basic skills and the
issue of exclusion.
- to carry out new methods related to the emotional and social development of children with special
educational needs, as a practical aspect of their curriculum.
- to help create a motivating learning environment and perspectives to sustain the emotional and
social growth of the child.
- to provide teachers with different methods of education and dissemination of the good practices.
- to share good practices: In order to work effectively, teachers need to know and to make analogies
between different educational systems, just as much as students need to get themselves familiarized
with different cultures, develop their language skills and their ICT skills.
- to make available for students new cultures and to influence them to be international individuals.
The expected  results are the following :
- growing interest and excitement towards the school and towards reasonable behavior;
- surmounting the absence of basic skills;
- elaborating school curriculum in an inclusive way;
- including good practices and new methods into day-by-day actions;
- developing practices to provide the necessary for the disadvantaged groups and to handle with social, linguistic and cultural variety.
